Mindfulness

Perhaps you’re feeling anxious or low, unsure about the future of a relationship, or sensing that something in your life isn’t quite aligned with who you are or where you want to be. Whatever you are carrying, you don't have to hold it alone. I offer a warm, compassionate, and grounded space to support you as you begin to make sense of your experience.

Our work together is guided by your goals, your pace, and what feels most important to you. Through a gentle and collaborative process, you may begin to notice new insights, a growing sense of clarity, and a steadiness that helps you move forward with greater confidence and self trust.

I work from an experiential, trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming approach, which means we go beyond simply managing symptoms. Together, we gently explore and process the underlying patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. Over time, this can support a deeper shift in how you relate to yourself, soften old reactions, and open space for more ease, meaningful connection, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Acknowledgement

I respectfully acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands and waters we are fortunate to share. I pay deep respect to Elders past, present, and emerging, and honour the world’s oldest living culture. I also recognise the enduring impact of colonization and that sovereignty was never ceded. This land always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
